Temperature Compensated Substrates and Supports

Substrates made of high performance ceramic materials E-11, E-11C, E-20 and E-37 are very useful for RF and microwave circuits due to the low loss in the UHF and microwave frequency range. Both sides can be screen printed by arbitrary silver pattern.

Permittivity: εr = 11, 20 and 37

Choose E-11 for better Q-factor or E-11C for zero temperature coefficient.

Dimensions: up to 120 mm, thickness: up to 3 mm

Basic material characteristics

Ceramic materials with high permittivity, high Q and very good temperature stability are useful for TEM mode coaxial resonators, TE mode dielectric resonators, RF filters, special capacitors and dielectric substrates for microwave circuits. Frequency range: from 0.3 GHz to 24 GHz.
